We work exclusively with Savills of Galmpton, a local butcher with a reputation for sourcing only the very best meat.
Nick buys his beef exclusively from the Waddeton estate, and he keeps some of his best selections for Michelle.
There are always a selection of steaks on the menu, but on Thursdays we source some special cuts including amazing T bones steaks that are simply packed with flavour.
Booking is recommended, and if your choice is a T Bone we advise that you reserve in advance to avoid disappointment.
